Purpose
These terms govern the oReel referral programme (the “Programme”). Any participation implies their unreserved acceptance. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which remain applicable. The French version prevails.

Definitions
- Referrer
- A oReel customer who has an active account and generates a referral code.
- Referee
- A person who signs up to oReel using a Referrer's code.
- Code
- The unique identifier generated by the Referrer from their account area.
- Net revenue
- The amount actually collected from the Referee, excluding taxes, after applying the 10% discount, and after deducting any refund or unpaid amount.
- First year
- The 12 months running consecutively after the Referee's first payment.
Eligibility
3.1. Any holder of a oReel account may become a Referrer, whatever their plan.
3.2. Any new customer who has never had a paid oReel subscription may become a Referee. An existing customer cannot use a code.
3.3. Self-referral is prohibited: a Referrer may not use their own code, nor create accounts in order to benefit from it. A Referee who pays with a payment method already used by their Referrer does not give rise to any commission.
Generation and use of the code
4.1. The Referrer generates their Code from their personal account area. It is unique, personal and non-transferable.
4.2. The Code may be used by an unlimited number of Referees, unless fraud is detected.
4.3. Attribution is made to the last code entered before subscription, within a window of 30 days.
Referee benefit
5.1. The Referee receives a 10% discount on their first year.
5.2. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including a country-adjusted price.
5.3. It is reserved for new customers (see article 3.2).
Referrer remuneration
6.1. The Referrer receives 50% of the Net revenue generated by each Referee during the First year only. After the 12 months, no commission is due on that Referee.
6.2. The commission is calculated on the sums actually collected, excluding taxes. No commission is due on a payment that did not go through, was refunded or was disputed.
6.3. Plan changes adjust the commission to the amount actually paid.
6.4. First Referee bonus. A one-off bonus of $20 is credited to the Referrer when a Referee makes their first real payment. It is due only once per Referrer, never on a mere sign-up or on a free trial period, and follows the same holding, payout and adjustment rules as commissions.
Payout
7.1. Commissions accumulate in a balance that can be viewed from the Referrer's account area.
7.2. Payout is made at the Referrer's request, once the payable balance reaches $100. It is made by bank transfer to the account that the Referrer enters themselves (account holder, IBAN, BIC where applicable). No other payment method is offered.
7.3. A holding period of 15 days applies before any payout, in order to cover refunds and disputes.
7.4. Only one payout request may be pending at a time. Bank details cannot be changed while a request is being processed.
7.5. Only payments actually collected give rise to commission. A free trial period, an invoice for a zero amount or an unpaid subscription confers no right, and does not create a referral link.
Refunds and adjustments
Any commission linked to a payment that is subsequently refunded, cancelled, unpaid or disputed is automatically cancelled and deducted from the Referrer's balance, including where it has already been recorded.
Fraud and exclusions
9.1. The following are prohibited in particular: self-referral, creating fake accounts, using codes on unauthorised coupon websites, bidding on the “oReel” brand in advertising, and any false statement about the product.
9.2. In the event of fraud or breach, the Publisher may suspend the account, cancel the commissions concerned and exclude the Referrer from the Programme, without notice.
Taxation
Commissions constitute remuneration for a referral service provided by the Referrer. The Referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and social contributions relating to their income.
Changes to and termination of the Programme
The Publisher may modify or close the Programme at any time. Commissions already earned in respect of active Referees are honoured under the conditions in force at the time they were generated. Reasonable notice is given in the event of a substantial change.
Personal data
The processing of data within the Programme is governed by the oReel Privacy Policy. Bank details are used only for payouts and are never displayed in full.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn, Estonia), subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
